Our return policy lasts 14 days (for Domestic Order) and 30 Days (for International Order).
If return policy have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

This must be done prior to sending back any merchandise.
You will receive an email shortly after contacting Rotten Bones with an address where to send your return.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for return.
